De Novo Working Group

Comprised of nearly 50 CEOs and CFOs from across the country, the De Novo Working Group meets quarterly by phone.  The group helps ABA provide maximum value to this very important member constituency by helping us target a wide range of key issues effecting de novo banks.  Participants provide feedback to help ABA organize our considerable resources to benefit de novo members.   

Members of the working group also benefit from group discussions on important issues such as bank examinations and credit risk management. These discussions allow them to share their experiences and exchange ideas, which participants have found particularly valuable.
