Here's what Lori says about her template: "This marketing calendar is easy to use and easy to update. It's a great way to communicate, at a glance, what is coming up. The format provides a way for marketing staff to look at the next month or two and plan their work so they meet deadlines. Plus, it's very helpful for senior management and branch managers. I send the annual calendar out in PDF format to managers, via email, at the beginning of the year. Then, I send out the quarterly calendar as plans change over the year. Even with the best planning, you can expect changes. I've seen calendars that are more complex, but they don't seem to work well outside of Marketing because managers are busy and don't take the time to decipher them."
