AIB Online Private Sessions

Private Online Courses allow your bank to offer AIB Principles of Banking just to your employees, perhaps as part of a new employee training program, or to introduce bank specific policies and procedures while students are taking Introduction to Trust Products and Services.

With these Instructor-led online courses, students leverage the convenience of the Internet to complete assignments and examinations while an Instructor manages the virtual classroom to communicate with students and facilitate collaborative learning. One non-student (per session), a manager or subject matter expert also has course access to observe and to answer bank-specific questions that might be posted to the discussion board.

Access through the Internet allows you to offer core AIB courses like Consumer Lending to a geographically disperse audience. A private session allows your bank the privacy to address proprietary information as part of the learning experience and can become cost-effective with just 24 students.

Where applicable these courses also carry ACE college credit recommendations, providing your employees with the additional benefit of transferring course credits to a local College or University.
